When you book a free site survey, the form sends us your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your property type, the service you need and your message. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your request: to set up the survey, send a quote, or follow up on the work. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

How the form works

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. Your message is stored in our email account so we can reply and keep a record of the job.

Keeping and deleting your details
